Cloak & Muff sells vintage and recycled clothing, specializing in coats. We aim to disclose to the best of our ability the condition that they are in. In addition to describing the garment in detail, we will rate the merchandise using a 4 tier system to give you a better idea as to its quality.

Fair                = Perhaps a few flaws and some wear but we couldn't resist.

Good             = Better than fair but not quite as good as very good

Very Good     = Not perfect, but pretty darn close

Excellent        = Looks like new

Sizing

All sizes are an approximation. We do our best to be as accurate as possible.
All measurements are in inches and are taken as follows:
Chest - from seam to seam across the fullest part of the garment.
Sleeve - from shoulder seam to cuff.
Waist - From seam to seam at the smallest part of the garment.
Length - From neck to bottom of garment.

Clean! Clean! Clean!

All clothing shipped out has been steam cleaned and is ready to wear.   We have been known to break out the needle and thread if the need calls for it, perhaps a hook needs reattaching or a button is loose....

Payment

All pricing shown and calculated costs are in Canadian currency. Payment should be made by credit card via paypal. This means fewer headaches for everyone involved.

Shipping

Shipping Cost within Canada and the U.S. has been built into the price of each garment.
Please remember that heavier items cost more to ship and that this is reflective in their prices.
***If you are ordering multiple items***
please note that you must do each transaction separately through paypal. Please email us should you wish for these items to be shipped together in the same box otherwise they will come in separate packages.
Shipments will be sent via airmail and could take at least 2 weeks after processing to arrive. Orders will be processed 2-3 business days after purchased.
All orders will be insured for tracking purposes.

There are none! As we have painstakingly measured each garment, and scoured each item for possible flaws, we do our best to disclose all that we know about it, and thus assume the buyer is making an informed decision based on the information provided.
